The Prickly Pear is where the flavours of Spain and Mexico meet the Somerset countryside.

Set in the heart of Bruton, we’re part restaurant, part pub and part community gathering place, serving vibrant Spanish- and Mexican-inspired food made with seasonal ingredients, including produce grown in our own market garden.

From tacos, tostadas and slow-cooked meats to charred vegetables, bold sauces and long lunches in the garden, everything we do is built around generous food, good drinks and bringing people together.

More than somewhere to eat, The Prickly Pear is a place for music, events, celebrations and the kind of hospitality that makes you want to stay a little longer.
